bh77 employs age-verification procedures on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. Deposits:

• bh77 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above standard thresholds. The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bh77 platform. Violation of any item below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of wallet and bonus balances, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your mobile banking provider after a deposit has been credited to your bh77 account constitutes fraud. bh77 will pursue recovery of any fraudulently reversed funds through all available legal channels.

bh77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity associated with the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player or their payment provider.
• Failure to provide required identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory direction, or instruction from a relevant authority requiring account restriction.
• At the player's own request, including through the self-exclusion mechanism described in our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where a player account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the player, any remaining wallet balance may be retained by bh77 as partial compensation for losses and administrative costs arising from the breach. Funds derived from fraudulent transactions will not be returned under any circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bh77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, goodwill, or reputation.
• Damages resulting from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or internet connectivity failures outside bh77's direct control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Decisions made by players based on information displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain an error.

bh77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bh77's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its own negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

All content on the bh77 platform — including but not limited to the bh77 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, databases, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of bh77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bh77 platform for your personal recreational use only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any bh77 content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any bh77 software or game client.

The current version of these Terms, with its effective date clearly stated at the top of this page, is the version that governs all active player accounts. By continuing to use the bh77 platform after any amended Terms have taken effect, you accept the revised Terms in full.
